We also can gladly take over the research and selection of suitable suppliers for you-for many challenges we already have the right partner connection in our extensive, worldwide network.
Preparation of tenders and contract specifications
We translate your ideas into viable tender texts and take care of the creation of complete tenders or contract specifications for trade fairs and event constructions for you. We create the tenders after consulting with you in Excel or GAEB-format in AVAPlan.
Supervision of tendering process
On request we can take over the entire tender process for you - from the sending of the tender documents to the tenderers, the tender supervision and answering of any queries, up to the evaluation and creation of price comparison lists and award recommendations - audit compliant.
Of course we gladly offer partial services where required.
Planning
We transform ideas into buildable drawings and plans – with VectorWorks or AutoCAD in 2D and where advantageous in 3D. Our understanding of technical planning includes:
- creation of a draft plan including feasibility study
- cost assessment of concepts and designs
- creation of plan work for tenders
- implementation / realization planning of own and other concepts
- approval planning including communication with authorities
- quality control during production and assembly
